The ENJA RECORDS Web Site (the "Site") is an online information service provided by ENJA RECORDS M. Winckelmann GmbH ("ENJA RECORDS "), subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE. ENJA RECORDS MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT ON THE SITE. What Personal Information About Customers Does ENJA RECORDS Gather?

The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your shopping experience at ENJA RECORDS. Here are the types of information we gather.

What About Cookies?

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our shop system to store items in your Shopping Cart during your visit. These cookies are mirrored on our servers to provide continuous functionality. They will be deleted when you close your browser.
You can disable cookies in your browser, however then, our shop system might experience difficulties.

Does ENJA RECORDS Share the Information It Receives?

No. Collecting information about our customers is necessary for our shop system to make sense, however we are not in the business of selling it to others. We will not give any customer information to any third parties except if it is unavoidable to carry out your order.

Agents: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, analyzing sales data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, fixing errors in our shop system, and generally providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not and will not use it for other purposes.

Business Transfers: In the unlikely event that ENJA RECORDS, or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will not be one of the transferred assets except that information needed to fulfil open orders.

Protection of ENJA Records and others: We disclose account and other personal information only when this is required or justified by the law (e.g. during investigations in case of fraud or misuse); to make sure our usage and contract terms and conditions or other contracts are secured or applied; or to protect the rights, property and security of ENJA RECORDS, our customers or third parties. This includes for example the validation of your credit card data by your credit card institute or their service providers. Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Notice.

With Your Consent: Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have to positively confirm that you agree with your data being shared.

How Secure Is Information About Me?

We work to protect the security of your credit card information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
We do not reveal your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company and intermediary agents during order processing.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to close your browser window when finished using a shared computer.

Which Information Can I Access?

Whenever you make an order, a summary of the information you sent us (excluding your credit card number) is being sent to your e-mail account. This information will not be used for other purposes than fulfilling your order. We will silently keep your data for up to two years for our documents. However, we will not use it to contact you again, or give it to others. If you prefer to have your data deleted from our system, or if you would like to know which data we store about you, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or e-mail and we will be happy to give you information and / or anonymise your data. For security reasons, you cannot access or change your data online.

Can I Access the Full Text of My Contracts?

The contract is not stored by us. Your contract consists of two parts: 1. The information you give us during the order process, and 2. our terms and conditions. We save your order data and send them to you by e-mail together with our terms and conditions. The terms and conditions can be viewed here at any time. Your order data cannot be accessed via the Internet for security reasons.

What Choices Do I Have?

As discussed above, you can always choose not to provide information, even though it might be needed to make a purchase.

If you do not want to receive Conditions of Use and other legal notices from us, such as this Privacy Notice, those notices will still govern your use of ENJA RECORDS, and it is your responsibility to review them for changes.

Children

ENJA RECORDS does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may only purchase goods from ENJA RECORDS with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions

If you choose to visit ENJA RECORDS, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and our Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of German law. If you have any concern about privacy at ENJA RECORDS, please contact us with a thorough description, and we will do our best to resolve it.

Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Notice and the Conditions of Use will change also. We may e-mail change announcements of our notices and conditions, unless you have instructed us not to, but you should check our Web site frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.

Information You Give Us

You provide most such information when you search, buy, post, participate in a contest or questionnaire, or communicate with customer service. For example, you provide information when you search for a product; place an order through ENJA RECORDS; communicate with us by phone, e-mail, or otherwise; complete a questionnaire or similar entry form. As a result of those actions, you might supply us with such information as your name, address, and phone numbers; credit card information; addresses to which purchases have been shipped, including addresses and phone number.

Your IP address is recorded in our web logs. However, we do not match your IP address with any of your personal information.
